Set back from a pretty country lane on the outskirts of Inner Hope, Craigwell Cottage is located in an idyllic location, surrounded by rolling green fields and hills with superb views along a peaceful valley complete with a meandering stream and just half a mile inland from the picturesque seaside village of Hope Cove. The Cottage, which is semi-detached and fully double glazed, is a comfortable and practical base, ideal for a family holiday by the sea and enjoys a spacious rear garden.

Accommodation:
Stone steps lead up to front door and entrance into small hall. Beamed living room with wood burner set into an exposed stone fireplace with mantlepiece above. Two sofas and chairs, a large screen stereo TV with DVD, picture window looking out across the valley and hills beyond.
To one end is a built-in dresser, an extending dining table to seat 6. Galley style kitchen with oil fired Rayburn, fitted pine units, dishwasher and washing machine, built-in electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and radio. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Upstairs. A light and airy double bedroom with a 5ft pine bed, fitted cupboards, small decorative Victorian cast iron fireplace and beautiful views across the valley. Twin bedroom with 2ft 6ins zip linked beds, that can be used separately or zipped to form a double bed and fitted cupboards. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and fitted cupboard. L-shaped bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin, WC and wall mounted fan heater.
Note: The property is supplied with its own UV filtered spring water.

Outside: The property is approached from the lane up a shared private driveway with a garden to one side. To the side and rear of the cottage is a large lawned area edged with fir trees and shrubs, two picnic benches and beautiful valley views. This area is approached up a fairly steep slope but levels out. Please Note: The banks that drop away from this area are not fenced.

 
Included: Bed linen (not towels), cot, high chair, logs and summer electricity.
Heating
(Dimplex electric wall heaters), oil for Rayburn and electricity from end September to Spring Bank Holiday by meter reading and paid to owner.
Pets welcome. If required there is a kennel at the rear of the property. Pet charge : £25 per pet per week.
Parking: Ample parking for 2/3 cars and a boat trailer.
