This traditional fisherman's cottage is situated a short distance from the sea front and sandy beach in East Looe, Cornwall. Recently renovated, cosy but perfectly formed it provides a welcoming base for a small family or couples who want to be close to the bustle of the town, with all its inns, restaurants and interesting shops. It has a living room with adjoining kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, the double located in the roof with a dormer window offering views of Looe over the rooftops. The cottage is warm and comfortable and provides a perfect base for exploring the beautiful county of Cornwall, whatever the season.

Accommodation:  Front door from lane to living room with stone fireplace, a cane sofa and chairs, folding dining table and chairs and TV with DVD. Archway to the kitchen, equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge with icebox, microwave and washing machine in the under stairs cupboard. Stairs to first floor (mind your head) and the twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Further steep stairs, (again mind your head) to the attic double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and exposed beams.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and summer gas central heating.
Electricity by meter key, top up available at local shops.  Winter heating supplement: end of September until Spring Bank Holiday £15 per week.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome.  Pet charge £25.00 per pet per week.

Parking may be available outside cottage, but this is not guaranteed as it is not a reserved space.  Long stay car park 10 minute walk away through the town.
Beaches: East Looe beach 150 yards.  Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car.
Shops, inns, restaurants, banks and Post Office all in Looe. Polperro 4 miles.
