The compact kitchen area is well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and small fridge with freezer compartment. Open tread pine stairs up to the landing. Small children's room with one full size 3ft bed and a single bunk bed (5ft 10in long) set above a low fitted wardrobe with shelves, drawers and a ladder. Double bedroom with pine bedstead (4ft 6in bed) dual aspect windows. Tiled bathroom fitted in pine, with a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:
100 yard drive into gravelled forecourt. Guests have the use of the owners' lovely garden accessible via a grass pathway alongside the house and featuring lawns, large shady trees, a woodland walk and a pretty lily pond. Garden table and chairs. 

Included: Bed linen (beds made up), towels, electricity and heating (night storage). Travel cot, high chair on request.
