Small children's room with one full size 3ft bed and a single bunk bed (5ft 10in long) set above a low fitted wardrobe with shelves, drawers and a ladder. D ouble bedroom with pine bedstead (4ft 6in bed) dual aspect windows. Tiled bathroom fitted in pine, with a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:
100 yard drive into gravelled forecourt. Guests have the use of the owners' lovely garden accessible via a grass pathway alongside the house and featuring lawns, large shady trees, a woodland walk and a pretty lily pond. Garden table and chairs.
