This south facing holiday property offers sunny outdoor space on the wide decking in front of the property, perfect for relaxing or dining in the sun. The house also offers wonderful coastal views from the upper floors and the large converted attic room. Eddystone has a homely feel to it, so it's easy to relax after the exertions of the day and the lounge and separate dining rooms allow plenty of space for the family to get together, discuss the events of the day and argue about what to do tomorrow.

From the enclosed back garden, access to the property through the rear door. On this level there is a single bedroom with 3ft bed with an additional pull out bed to convert into a double. Utility room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer leading to the family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Kitchen/dining room with electric hob, oven and grill, fridge with ice box and microwave. Archway to the spacious dining area with table with seating for 8 people. Sitting room with twin sofas, an armchair and beanbag, stone fireplace, (not useable), TV with Freeview, DVD/CD and iPod dock. Patio doors open onto the large decked area . Stairs from hall leading to first floor. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed and rural views. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and cot. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Stairs leading up to large loft conversion room with 4ft 6in futon bed and two cane armchairs with stunning views of Hope Cove and the sea from the window seat.  
  
 Outside: Patio doors leading to a large South facing decked area.  Enclosed sloping garden to the rear and space for a small boat trailer.

Included: Duvets, pillows, (guests to provide their own bed linen and towels), cot, summer electricity and central heating (oil).
