Kitchen area with attractive green painted wooden units, electric 4 plate hob, built under oven, microwave and larder fridge. Open tread staircase up to delightful first floor sitting room, with wing back armchairs and sofa (no arms), small TV, video, CD stereo micro system and rug. Quite steep and narrow tread staircase up to second floor. Pretty double bedroom with lovely harbour views and out to sea over the harbour wall, 4ft 6in bed with attractive wrought iron bedstead, chest of drawers with small hanging rail above. Small en-suite shower room with electric shower, basin and WC.

Parking One reserved space in the main car park included.  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.
