The dining area has a table and chairs for up to 6 guests and is adjacent to the modern kitchen fitted with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Joined onto the cottage and accessed via the patio is a utility room , with a washing machine, which is also a good area to store beach equipment. Stairs lead up to the first floor. Small single bedroom , with a 3' single bed. Adjacent family bathroom, with bath (shower over) hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The double bedroom on this floor has a 4'6" bed and from this bedroom an enclosed stairwell with door leads up to the well proportioned twin bedroom set in the eaves, with two 3' single beds and TV that plays DVD's (no reception).

Outside: Back door leads out to a good sized patio with low wall and garden furniture that overlooks the river running down to the harbour. (Small children should be supervised at all times).
