Trimstone Manor in North Devon is a beautiful Three Star Country House Hotel set in 44 acres of landscaped gardens and countryside.
This is an excellent base from which to enjoy North Devon and the extensive, surf-washed golden sands of Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton, which are unquestionably amongst the finest beaches in Europe. Sheltered by cliffs or sand dunes and studded with fascinating rock pools they make an ideal centrepiece for pure relaxation or a watersports holiday and all just minutes from Trimstone. Here it is possible to enjoy an energetic day on the beach  and return to Trimstone and indulge in an aperitif on the lawns followed by dinner in the Hotel's Tyme restaurant. Whatever the weather there is always something to do at Trimstone and the cottage guests are welcome to use the extensive facilities offered by the Hotel - what more could you want!

This spacious family cottage fronts onto the tiny lane that leads to Trimstone, is all on one level.

Accommodation:
Four steps up to the front door that opens into a spacious hallway. A corridor leads to the attractive carpeted, dual aspect living room beneath a pitched ceiling with exposed trusses. The room is comfortably furnished with two generous sofas and chairs, a dining table to seat 8 and wall mounted 26" TV with DVD. The well fitted and equipped kitchen area has a fridge with ice compartment, electric hob and built-under oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two double bedrooms, both with 4ft 6in beds, wardrobes and dressing tables. Spacious family bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin, WC and storage cupboard. The third bedroom is large and has twin 3ft beds and a set of full size 3ft bunk beds and an en-suite shower room with corner shower, basin and WC.

Outside: The cottage is on the perimeter of Trimstone Manor Hotel, set alongside the entrance to the Hotel and grounds, with parking in  Hotel car park a few yards around the corner.

Included: Bed linen, (not towels, guests to provide own or hire from the hotel), cot and high chair (by arrangement), electricity, central heating (oil) and all hotel facilities.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome, others by arrangement. Pet charge: £25 per pet, per week
