As the name implies, Harbour Watch offers the guest unrivalled views of this busy fishing port as well as the harbour entrance and the beautiful coastline.  Although areas of the apartment are dated and basically furnished, the rooms are large and comfortable, the living areas are centrally heated and most benefit from the amazing views. The large, very well equipped kitchen has been recently refurbished, as has the family bathroom and the spacious accommodation provides an ideal base from which to explore the busy town as well as the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer. East Looe, with its host of shops, pubs and restaurants and beach is accessible either by passenger ferry during the season or a leisurely ten minute walk. Closer to hand West Looe has a number of useful shops and cafes, as well as the Jolly Sailor pub, reputedly the oldest in Looe.

Accommodation
Front door to hallway and up steps to apartment, all on one level. Large lounge with widows facing the harbour and sea with several sofas and armchairs, TV, DVD and Video. Archway to dining room with table and 6 chairs. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven and grill, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The large master bedroom faces the water with a window seat from which you can appreciate the views and has a 4'6" double bed, hand basin and plenty of hanging and storage space. Twin bedroom with views up the estuary and two 3' single beds. Further double bedroom with 4'6" bed and wardrobe space. Family bathroom with bath, shower over and shower screen, WC and hand basin. 

Included: Bed linen, (guests must provide their own towels), summer heating and electricity.
Central heating, (gas) from end November to begining March £50 per week.
