This is a beautiful rural position, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet yet it is only a short drive to the coast with its host of golden sandy beaches and is near the South West Coastal Path, enabling those using it to enjoy the glorious views that can be experienced along this stunning coastline. This basically furnished property is also pet friendly and provides a pleasant base for walkers and dog walkers alike with easy access to some of the best Devon locations. One child over 8 welcome.

Accommodation: Entrance lobby with stairs rising to first floor. Well equipped kitchen with
cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Lounge with a leather sofa and
armchair, a woodburning stove, TV and 2ft 6in day bed. Dual aspect twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds (please note that the beds can be pushed together), chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Outside: The cottage has its own pretty private patio with garden furniture and use of a large lawned garden.
