Hinemoa is a detached family house, set in a secluded position high above Salcombe town with splendid views from most rooms, the terrace and garden across the town to the famous Salcombe estuary. Ideal as a family holiday home, the house has recently been refurbished and is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style.
The town itself is highly popular, boasting many high-quality shops, restaurants and cafes as well as quick access to beautiful beaches through the ferry links to East Portlemouth and South Sands. Dolphins and basking sharks are just some of the frequent visitors to the estuary waters, which also form one of the UK's most popular ports for yachtsmen. Indeed a winning formula for a great Devon holiday!

Accommodation:
Entrance porch to hallway . Small comfortable sitting room with two sofas, flat screen TV/DVD and French doors to the terrace (note there is only seating here for 4 adults). Separate dining room with table to seat 8 and French doors to the terrace. The large kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine, lots of cupboard space and fridge/ freezer. Rear lobby with access to the outside and shower room with shower, basin and WC. Stairs to the landing. Double bedroom with fine 4ft 6in bed, fitted cupboards and great window views. Small bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunk beds. Spacious family bedroom with a set of 3ft bunk beds and double 4ft 6in bed. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

Outside: Steps down from parking area to pathway around the house to the terrace with lovely views across the town and on to Shadycombe and South Pool Creek. The top terrace is fenced and provided with table and chairs, there are further terraces with several walls with unprotected drops and steps to the lower level with a green house. This area is not suitable for young children.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen (not towels), electricity and central heating (gas). (No cot or high chair)
No telephone. Mobile reception good.
No smoking
Parking:
For two cars on gravel bay alongside the house.
Beaches at North and South Sands 1 mile. Smalls Cove, Sunny Cove and Millbay across the estuary by ferry on the East Portlemouth side.
Shops, pubs and restaurants 10-15 minutes walk, longer coming back!
