Refurbished by the owners in a tasteful and contemporary manner. Honeysuckle will provide a great retreat from the stresses of modern living either winter or summer. There are some great walks in the surrounding countryside and the South West Coastal path takes you along some breathtaking coastline. As well as the nearby quintessential Cornish fishing village of Polperro you will be able to visit the many pretty inlets and towns dotted along the south coast and the dramatic north coast is less than an hour's drive way. After a hard day relaxing, unwind on the little rear patio or light the multi fuel stove on those chilly autumn and winter nights. The nearby village of Duloe is 15 minutes walk away and offers a local store and church. In summary, you'll fall in love with Honeysuckle and it's a great base from which to explore the many attractions of this popular Celtic county.

Stable door into the cosy lounge with exposed beams, slate floor and stone fireplace with multi fuel stove. Two seater sofa, leather high back sofa, cushioned window seat and a flat screen TV with integral DVD. Folding oak dining table with two chairs. Steps up to rear kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and butler sink. Stairs from the lounge to landing and well proportioned double bedroom with 5' double bed, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers as well as bedside cabinets with drawers. Bathroom, with bath, electric shower over, hand basin and WC. Shaver point.

Outside: Shared passageway beside cottage (next door has right of way over) to small patio area with wooden seat, garden table, chairs (stored under the stairs) and barbecue.
