This attractive room has a wood burner, TV with DVD and a large dining table to seat 10 and patio doors that open to the verandah. The living room extends into a smartly fitted and equipped kitchen and has a large range cooker with gas hob and electric double ovens, dishwasher, larder fridge and such extras as a bread maker, mixer and lean-fat machine. Adjacent utility room with a washing machine, larder fridge, butler's sink, tumble dryer, hostess trolley and access to the rear door and cloaks area. A freezer is located in one of the garages. Ground floor tiled wet room with shower head, basin and WC , so useful when arriving from the beach. Separate sitting room most comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs and a small piano (please treat with respect).
Upstairs the house is split on two levels. The first level, reached up a few steps from the hall to a lobby with cloaks cupboard, has a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) plus a 3ft single bed, pretty painted furniture, TV/video and sea views. 2nd double bedroom with 5ft bed. Adjacent bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and WC. The second level is reached up open tread stairs to two bedrooms. A children's bedroom with 3ft divans, pine furniture and a velux window with good views. Handsome very spacious master bedroom with 5ft bed, twin velux's with views, a large range of fitted cupboards and an en-suite shower room with large shower enclosure, WC and basin.

Outside: A feature of the house is the open deck verandah that is accessed from the living room and offers a superb al fresco dining area protected on one side with a glass screen and provided with a large wood table and chairs. The gated driveway and parking area provides parking for up to 4/5 cars and the attractive south-facing garden has a level lawn, a gravelled patio area with table and chairs and a walkway through pretty shrubs.
