This delightful old character cottage is situated in the centre of the pretty village of Thurlestone and is an ideal holiday location for a family, with easy access to the golden sandy beaches and renowned Thurlestone golf course nearby as well as all the attractions of the beautiful South Hams in Devon. The cottage has been carefully and very tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard in a traditional cottage style with an attractive lounge with open fire offering very comfortable, spacious and homely accommodation.  The Village Inn, a welcoming pub serving good food is a short walk away and the delightful South West Coastal Path passes through the village, for those who enjoy bracing walks.

Dining area with dining table and chairs and electric fire. Well equipped kitchen, refurbished to a high standard, with fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Door to back garden. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor: One double bedroom. One twin bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Steep stairs lead to the second floor: One twin bedroom with basin in vanity unit.
 
Outside: Garden with garden furniture, sun lounger and barbecue.
