These recently built spacious and substantial cottages are situated near Perranporth and Newquay on the north Cornwall coast and overlook beautiful unspoilt countryside. Of modern construction they have the atmosphere of much older buildings with thick walls, slate floors and huge living areas with exposed beams. Patio doors open onto large sunny verandah's, ideal places for relaxing, dining or just watching the livestock as they graze in the fields that stretch as far as the eye can see. The cottages are set in forty acres of Cornish meadowland within a small working farm where a pampered herd of beef cattle, pigs, goats and chickens are kept. For those that like fishing there is also a well stocked two-acre coarse fishing lake a few yards from the front door. This part of Cornwall is awash with things to do and see, whether it's the surfing beaches of Newquay, the beautiful Fal estuary; a popular sailing haven, the cathedral city of Truro, Lands End, exploring Cornwall's mining heritage or spending a day at the famous Eden Project. Alternatively your help feeding the animals is bound to be appreciated.

Kingfisher Cottage Accommodation:
Door to open plan living room. Modern oak kitchen with slate floors equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Dining area with pine table and chairs to seat 6. Carpeted lounge area with feature fireplace and woodburner stove with patio doors to verandah, leather sofas and armchair, TV with Freeview and DVD. Master double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe with drawers and en- suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and wardrobe. Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower, hand basin and WC. Second twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and wardrobe.

Outside: Patio doors to decked verandah with garden table and chairs. Steps down to large lawn bordering the fields.

Included: Bed linen, (guests must provide their own towels) cot, high chair and electricity.
Heating:
Oil fired central heating and woodburner stove.  Initial basket of logs included.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome.  Pet charge £25.00 per week.
No telephone, mobile reception good.
No Smoking.
Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars.
Beaches: Perranporth, Holywell and Crantock all a short drive away.  Newquay 8 miles. Other north coast beaches easily accessible by car.
Golf: Perranporth Golf club, (pay and play).
Horse riding nearby.
Pub, cafe, post office/village stores in Goonhavern, 1.5 miles.
Truro with all facilities 8 miles.
