The front door opens directly into the pretty panelled kitchen that features an amazing collection of 'Cornish Ware' crockery. A dining table to seat 4 sits by a pretty fireplace inset with an electric burner and there is a thoughtful supply of beach equipment. The compact but very well equipped kitchen area has a Bosch Gourmet combination oven/ microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. Steep carpeted stairs to the attractive sitting room which has polished floor boards, an armchair, a two seater sofa, TV with Freeview, DVD and stereo/CD player. On the same level, at the top of the stairs is a door into a small shower room with shower cubicle, electric shower, basin and WC. Curved stairs from the sitting room up to the attractive bedroom with a 5ft double bed, storage drawers, radio and electric blanket.
