This sunny and spacious, south facing first floor apartment in Thurlestone, Devon has wonderful views over the garden to the sea and coastline of the South Hams. Comfortably furnished, it provides a perfect holiday home for small families or couples who wish to visit the popular village of Thurlestone on the South West coast. A short walk or drive will bring you to the golden sands of Thurlestone beach or to the South West Coastal Path that follows this beautiful coastline and after your exertions the welcoming local pub, The Village Inn will help refresh both body and soul. The picturesque seaside town of Salcombe with its sheltered beaches is a few miles away, as is the great surfing and family beach at Bantham, where if you catch the ferry across the river Avon, you can walk at low tide to Burgh Island, with its famous art deco hotel and mysterious smugglers haunt, The Pilchard Inn. The Devon countryside is renowned for its soft beauty, but in contrast you can drive into the dramatic and at times brooding Dartmoor National Park. The nearby historic port of Dartmouth, with its long naval associations is worth a visit as are the pretty market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge, both nestled at the head of beautiful estuaries. There's a lot to do in the region with a cosy apartment as your base and it all adds up to a perfect holiday destination.

Door from driveway opens into the foyer, off which is the utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer. Downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Stairs up to first floor and landing. Lounge/Diner with great views to the sea, comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, plus Mini HiFi. Dining area with round table and seating for 4. Small but functional, well equipped galley kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with ice box and microwave. Master bedroom with king size 5ft double bed and wardrobes, flat screen TV with Freeview and fantastic views to enjoy with your early morning cup of tea. En-suite bathroom with bath (shower over), hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, wardrobe, bureau & portable radio/CD player. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC.
Outside: Large south facing gardens, mostly laid to lawn with fruit trees and shrubs, with a garden table and chairs to seat 6 as well as large barbecue on a patio area. Gated, shared driveway with
parking for up to 2 cars.
