Marine Cottage, Salcombe, a handsome and exceedingly comfortable, detached family town house, is situated in a quiet part of the town, 500 yards up from the old part of Salcombe. Gleaming polished pine floors, attractive rugs, superb bed linen, fine soft furnishings and the stunning estuary views combine to make this a very comfortable and covenient house in the centre of Salcombe. Marine Cottage provides very flexible accommodation, it is ideal for extended families, but in low and mid seasons it can be a cosy and very comfortable property for 2 or 4 people.

Archway into spacious dining hall with table to seat 8 and patio doors to the terrace. Downstairs WC with basin. The well-equipped and fitted kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, small table with seating, door leading to the garden and patio. Stairs from the dining room to first floor. Lovely master bedroom with 5ft bed, good estuary views, and en-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower and shower over, basin, bidet and WC. Two most attractive twin bedrooms both with 3ft beds, fitted cupboards and garden aspects. Family bathroom with bath, hand shower and shower over, basin, bidet and WC. Second floor; most attractive studio bedroom that has superb panoramic 270 degree views from the floor to ceiling windows, over the estuary towards Kingsbridge, South Pool, Goodshelter, East Portlemouth, Blanksmill and Frogmore Creek, including the surrounding hills. There is a generous 4ft 6in sofa-bed, TV with video/DVD, stereo/CD player, dining area with table and chairs. The small kitchen area has a fridge with ice box and electric cooker. En-suite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, bidet and WC.
Outside: A gate from the road leads into the front garden. From here a further gate at the side of the property opens to the paved patio area provided with built-in barbecue, teak table and chairs and extends out to a lawn edged with shrubs, palm trees and access to the double parking bay at the rear.

Towels, cot, high chair & stair gate by arrangement with owner.
