Second floor; most attractive studio bedroom that has superb panoramic 270 degree views from the floor to ceiling windows, over the estuary towards Kingsbridge, South Pool, Goodshelter, East Portlemouth, Blanksmill and Frogmore Creek, including the surrounding hills. There is a generous 4ft 6in sofa-bed, TV with video/DVD, stereo/CD player, dining area with table and chairs. The small kitchen area has a fridge with ice box and electric cooker. En-suite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, bidet and WC. 
  
Outside: A gate from the road leads into the front garden. From here a further gate at the side of the property opens to the paved patio area provided with built-in barbecue, teak table and chairs and extends out to a lawn edged with shrubs, palm trees and access to the double parking bay at the rear.
