It has its own private courtyard area. This is a really superb property from which to enjoy the coastline and beaches of the South Hams, the Coastal path, Slapton Ley nature reserve, with excellent bird watching opportunities and the remarkable Salcombe estuary.

From a shared hallway, front door leads into a most attractive, light and bright living room with superb lighting, polished oak floor and divides into a lounge, dining and kitchen area. In the sitting area are two large sofas, wide screen TV with video/DVD/CD player and French window to the patio. The dining area has a handsome oak dining table and the superb kitchen area is beautifully fitted with very high quality equipment including a Rangemaster 5 ring ceramic hob, double oven and grill, integral washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and French window to the patio. Inner hall with hooks for coats and storage cupboards. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with corner shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Family bathroom with bath with centred taps, thermo shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: 5 or 6 railed steps lead down to the private gravelled and decked patio area with hardwood garden table, chairs with cushions and parasol. Kettle barbecue. Five acres of communal grounds with woodland walks and pretty summer house.
