This comfortable, roomy and well equipped apartment is situated in an elevated position a short stroll away from the centre of the village and the harbour. It has the enormous advantage of its own parking space and a sunny terrace on which to relax and watch the world go by. Polperro itself has masses of atmosphere and provides an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall, with its rugged coastline with secret coves and miles of cliff top walks. The village has several olde world inns as well as excellent restaurants and shops and it is very easy to spend many pleasant hours at the quayside or the nearby beach watching the comings and goings of this traditional fishing port. Moorview is ideal for couples looking for a short or long break.

Accommodation
Steps lead up from the parking bay to the apartment's front door, which opens into the generous lounge/diner. Fully carpeted with patio doors opening onto the sun terrace, this room has a dining area at the rear, with dining table and four chairs. The lounge area faces the fireplace, with electric coal effect fan heater, two sofas, coffee table and TV, Sky digital box and DVD. The double bedroom has a 4'6" bed as well as a wardrobe, with dressing table, chest of drawers and cane chair. The bathroom has a corner bath with hand held shower, hand basin and WC. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Outside: The Sun Terrace runs the width of the apartment and has a garden table and two chairs. This is an ideal spot for an early morning cup of coffee or evening sundowner.

Parking: Allocated parking for one car below apartment.  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.
