This Salcombe holiday apartment is located just two minutes walk from the beautiful South Sands beach with its golden sands and water sports. Morfan is a spacious and comfortable first floor apartment, situated at the end of a quiet private driveway with views from the windows and the balcony through the trees of South Sands beach and the sea. The picturesque and lively town of Salcombe is nearby, full of interesting shops, traditional pubs and good restaurants. There are several beautiful beaches on both sides of the estuary accessible by passenger ferry.  For those that love walking, the apartment is on the popular South West Coastal Path which rewards walkers with some truly spectacular coastal views. During the summer there is a regular ferry service between the town and South Sands, saving guests the inconvenience of trying to find a parking space.

Accommodation: Stairs up from entrance hallway to landing with doors out to rear terrace. Large living room with picture window overlooking the bay, two comfortable settees, one of which converts into a double bed, TV and DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. Modern fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and a freezer in the landing cupboard. Master bedroom with king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and a single Ikea chair bed. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, fitted wardrobe and views out to sea. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand basin and shaver point. Separate cloakroom with wash basin.

Outside: Rear paved terrace running the width of the apartment with steps leading up to a patio/terrace, with garden table, 6 chairs, sun shade  and a barbecue.

Included: Duvets, pillows, (guests to provide their own bed linen and towels), electricity and heating (night storage).

Beaches: South Sands beach 2 minutes down the hill. Other sandy beaches, either side of the estuary accessible by foot or passenger ferry.
