This delightful cottage has been totally refurbished and nestles amongst a terrace of fishermen's cottages just a short level walk from picturesque Polperro harbour. It has a good sized lounge with real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms and a sunny roof terrace which provides a great place to relax and has some lovely views overlooking the village. It also welcomes dogs and has an allocated parking space. A few steps from the door and you are in the thick of things, with plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and interesting shops to keep you entertained. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible and treats the visitor to some breathtaking seascapes and kids can enjoy the small sandy beach just the other side of the harbour wall.
