This is a real gem of a holiday hideaway, full of character with a snug cottage feel, a sunny private garden and off road parking. Situated on the outskirts of the quintessentially Cornish fishing village of Polperro, about 10 minute's easy stroll from the harbour and beach, Mousehole Cottage provides an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer. A downstairs bedroom/ playroom is an ideal spot for youngsters, where they can watch TV and DVD's or play games, giving the adults some well-earned rest. On the top floor a sunny lounge with feature fireplace is a cosy place to relax whatever the season and a few steps up from the kitchen door brings you to the sizeable rear garden, located above and behind the property. Here you can practice your culinary skills on the barbecue, or simply soak up the sun whilst reading a book, drink in hand. For families that love the coast there are several beaches within walking or driving distance and for those who enjoy the great outdoors, the South West Coastal path runs through Polperro and gives access to the miles of dramatic coastline, with its many secluded coves and stunning views. Looe offers the attractions of a more traditional seaside town and further afield the famous Eden Project and the National Aquarium in Plymouth are well worth a visit. Welcome pack on arrival.

Accommodation
Front door into ground floor second lounge/playroom/bedroom with a double sofa bed and two beanbags. Fireplace, with a stove effect electric heater and a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Stairs up to first floor and spacious master double bedroom with window seat, tastefully furnished with a 5ft double bed, antique pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bureaux. Further stairs up to the second floor and lounge, having a feature fireplace equipped with a stove effect electric heater, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, hanging wardrobe and tallboy. Tiled bathroom with bath (electric shower over) hand basin, WC, shaver point and two heated towel rails. Farmhouse kitchen/diner, equipped with ceramic hob, double oven and grill, fridge with separate freezer, washing machine and microwave. Dining area with table and 4 chairs plus two further foldaway chairs.
Outside: Stable door from the kitchen and steps leading up to garden. Two patio areas and lawn. Garden table and chairs with barbecue suitable for disposable barbecue trays.
Included: Bed linen, towels (not beach towels) summer electricity and stair gate.
Heating (Night storage heating and electric fan heaters). From end of September to Spring Bank Holiday, £20.00 per week.
Parking Off road parking for 2 small cars or one medium to large car on drive directly in front of cottage. Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away. Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.

Beaches: Polperro beach 10 minute's walk, Talland bay, 35 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car.
Shops, pubs, restaurants and Post Office, all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities 4 miles.
