Set above the harbour, commanding spectacular views of Looe River and out to sea , is Mylor House, a large terraced property situated in West Looe. Mylor can be enjoyed by the whole family as one house or as two separate apartments. Perhaps grandparents may wish to take advantage of this arrangement. The house is immaculately presented, and with its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in one of two lounges. There are also two kitchens but a large lounge/diner allows for all guests to dine together if preferred. Small pets are allowed by arrangement with the owner but are limited to the downstairs only.

The ground floor is home to Mylor Downs which has the distinct advantage of having access to a small patio to unwind and enjoy those views.

Entrance door into lobby, with two inner doors separating Mylor Ups from Mylor Downs (if necessary). Lounge/diner with two sofas, TV, freesat, DVD and mini HiFi. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. French doors provide access to patio (furniture provided). Double bedroom with 4'6" bed, wash basin and wardrobe providing plenty of storage. Shower room with electric shower, WC and hand basin. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Back door leads to a small yard with clothes line.

Please Note:   Access to the property from the road is up an incline for about 50 yards and consequently Mylor may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
