Set above the harbour, commanding spectacular views of Looe River and out to sea, is Mylor House, a large terraced property situated in West Looe. Mylor can be enjoyed by the whole family as one house, or as two separate apartments, perhaps grandparents may wish to take advantage of this arrangement. The house is immaculately presented, and with its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in one of two lounges. There are also two kitchens but a large lounge/diner allows for all guests to dine together if you prefer. West Looe has a much quieter feel than the hustle and bustle of East Looe, which is only a short walk or a ferry ride away, yet still has all the amenities you require. With two local convenience stores, a butcher's and a pub, along with various restaurants and cafes, and still more at nearby Hannafore, all your needs are catered for. The South West Coastal Path runs along the beautiful coastline and provides some lovely walking for the more energetic and the apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.
Accommodation: Entrance door into lobby, with two inner doors separating Mylor Ups from Mylor Downs (if necessary). Mylor Downs is located on the ground floor. Lounge/diner with two sofas, TV, freesat, DVD and mini HiFi. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. French doors provide access to patio (furniture provided). Double bedroom with 4'6" bed, wash basin and wardrobe providing plenty of storage. Shower room with electric shower, WC and hand basin. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Back door leads to a small yard with clothes line. Returning to the lobby, a flight of stairs leads to the first floor, home to Mylor Ups.

Well equipped kitchen with fitted units, range cooker with gas hob, griddle & electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Lounge/diner, a large room with two leather sofas, TV with freesat, DVD, mini hifi, and a dining table with 4 chairs. French doors lead onto a small balcony with furniture and commanding fantastic sea and river views. A further flight of stairs lead to the top floor. Twin bedroom with 3' beds (can be zipped together to make a large double), built in wardrobe and wash basin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Master bedroom with sea view, 4'6" bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with wash basin and bath only.
Please Note: Access to the property from the road is up an incline for about 50 yards and consequently Mylor may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
Property: Self-catering holiday house.
Included: Duvets, pillows, towels and bed linen, (guests must provide their own beach towels), travel cot, electricity and central heating (gas).
Security Deposit: £100.
Pets: Small pet by arrangement, to be kept downstairs only. Pet charge: £25.00 per pet per week.

Parking: Public parking a few minutes walk on quay, charges apply. Weekly ticket available in the Millpool Car Park, £25.00 approximately, 1/2 mile.
