Set above the harbour, commanding spectacular views of Looe River and out to sea, is Mylor House, a large terraced property situated in West Looe. Mylor can be enjoyed by the whole family as one house or as two separate apartments. Perhaps grandparents may wish to take advantage of this arrangement. The house is immaculately presented, and with its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in one of two lounges. There are also two kitchens but a large lounge/diner allows for all guests to dine together if preferred. Small pets are allowed by arrangement with the owner but are limited to the downstairs only.

The first and second floors are home to Mylor Ups, an immaculately presented apartment. With its homely and welcoming atmosphere, you will want for nothing as you relax in the lounge whilst gazing out at those incredible views. The apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.

Accommodation 
Access up a slope leading to the terrace. Shared entrance door into porch, leading to separate entrance for Mylor Ups. Inner hall with stairs to middle landing. Hallway. WC. Well equipped kitchen with fitted units, range cooker with gas hob, griddle & electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Lounge/diner, a large room with two leather sofas, TV with freesat, DVD, mini hifi, and a dining table with 4 chairs. French doors lead onto a small balcony with furniture and commanding fantastic sea and river views. A further flight of stairs lead to the top floor.  Twin bedroom with 3' beds (can be zipped together to make a large double), built in wardrobe and wash basin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Master bedroom with sea view, 4'6" bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with wash basin and bath only.

Please Note:   Access to the property from the road is up an incline for about 50 yards and consequently Mylor may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.

Included: Bed linen and towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity and central heating (gas).
Security Deposit £50.
Parking Public parking a few minutes walk on the quay, charges apply. Free parking 10 minutes walk (uphill).
Strictly no smoking 
No telephone, mobile reception good.
Beach 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes if taking the ferry). Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, Pubs, Restaurants and Post Office all in Looe. Polperro 4 miles.  Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.
