This charming detached cottage within easy walking distance of Looe is furnished in a delightful retro style with a contemporary twist and provides comfortable accommodation for a family of five or couples looking for an interesting getaway. The owners have taken great care in choosing the appropriate furniture and decor for each room, which combines to provide a quirky and tasteful environment for a relaxing holiday. There are separate living and dining rooms, a rustic kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms as well as a bathroom and separate shower room. Surrounded by its own private south facing garden guests can enjoy sitting in the sun whilst enjoying the views down the valley to the harbour and the sea. The cottage is quietly located half way up West Looe hill with an allocated parking space opposite, but a leisurely walk will soon bring you to the bustling harbour where a passenger ferry can take you across to East Looe with its sandy beach, plenty of shops, excellent restaurants and traditional pubs. West Looe is quieter than its easterly sister town, but the advantage is that guests can enjoy all that East Looe has to offer and then return to a comfortable and restful haven to relax and recharge the batteries.

Accommodation
Path from lane to front door and hallway. Sitting room with two sofas surrounding a 1930's fire surround with an electric fire, flat screen TV with DVD and Sky digital. Dining room with oak table and chairs to seat 5, display cabinet and occasional chair. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, top mounted freezer and microwave. Door to rear garden. Cloakroom  with WC. Stairs to half landing and fun, panelled family bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. Adjacent shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin. A few more steps to the bedrooms. Master double bedroom with a 4ft 6in Victorian brass bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small single bedroom with 3ft bed and bedside cabinet. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and an Edwardian wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside: Front garden with established shrubs and a secluded front patio furnished with picnic table and chairs. Rear garden on two levels with lovely views from the garden seating.

Included: Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, (guests to provide their own beach towels), electricity and gas central heating.
Pets:
One well mannered pet aged over 18 months welcome.  Pet charge £25.00 per week.
Parking for one car in allocated space opposite.  Additional parking available in town, (charges apply).

Beaches:  East Looe (sandy) 15 minutes walk.  Hannafore beach (rock pools) 15 minutes walk.
West Looe pubs, cafes and mini markets 3 minutes walk. East Looe shops, pubs, restaurants, banks and Post Office 15 minutes walk. Plymouth 19 miles.  Truro 34 miles.
