Door to fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, built-in electric oven, microwave, washing machine and 2 fridges with ice boxes. Extending from the kitchen the spacious dining area, with table to seat 6, faces large French doors that overlook the garden and open to a paved terrace. Downstairs cloakroom with basin and WC. Stairs lead up from the sitting room to a landing. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe and dressing table. A bathroom is adjacent to this room with bath, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds, built in wardrobe and a small single bedroom (2ft 6in bed) with tallboy. Adjacent shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside: A paved area outside the kitchen has table, chairs and barbecue and a path winds through shrubberies and opens out into an attractive lawned area that is totally private and enclosed.
