The sandy cove of Lannacombe is just a mile from the property where sunny days can be spent building sand castles or exploring the rock pools and a little further afield is the village of East Portlemouth with a string of jewel-like sandy coves that edge the famous Salcombe estuary and a foot ferry plies across to the popular town of Salcombe. Come and explore this lovely area from the comfort of this most comfortable, well furnished and equipped property, where a warm welcome awaits.

Front door into roomy hallway . Fine sitting room with a high beamed ceiling, tiled floor bright with rugs, two sofas, chair, flat screen TV with DVD and French window to the garden. Attractive and well equipped tiled kitchen/diner with a farmhouse table to seat 6, a range of fitted wood units, large electric cooker with ceramic hob and double ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Off the hallway is a tiled shower room with power shower, basin and WC. Carpeted stairs to the landing. All the spacious bedrooms have polished wood floors, with attractive floor rugs. Double bedroom with 5ft double bed, fitted cupboard. Two twin rooms both with 3ft beds, fitted cupboards and pine furniture. Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
  
Outside: The barn faces over its own enclosed private garden, screened with willow fencing and attractive flower borders. A paved path leads across the lawn to the front door and a terrace area, which is provided with table, chairs and garden bench. Barbecue available on request from the owner. A walkway runs across the end of the garden and provides access to one other property.
