West Looe is more peaceful than its bustling twin over the water, but this provides the visitor with the best of both worlds, access to all the seaside attractions of this popular destination as well as somewhere relaxing to retire to at the end of a busy but enjoyable day. You can walk to either of Looe's beaches and both sides of the town have a choice of inns, restaurants and shops and for those that like to get out and enjoy the scenery there are plenty of interesting walks including the wonderful South West Coastal path.

Accommodation
Steps up from parking area to rear patio and entrance. Kitchen with electric ceramic cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. Lounge/diner with two sofas, gas coal effect fire, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview and table and chairs to seat 6. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in Edwardian cast iron bedstead, oak wardrobe as well as fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, oak wardrobe and hand basin in vanity unit.

Outside: Steps up from the rear courtyard to sunny raised decking area with garden table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining with views down to the harbour. Lower courtyard by kitchen furnished with table and chairs and two sun loungers.

Please note: Steps up to the apartment and decking make it unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must bring their own beach towels), travel cot, high chair, electricity and summer gas. Central heating (gas) and coal effect gas fire. Winter heating supplement; end of September till Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
