Upstairs to large open plan living room with superbly fitted kitchen area, built-in gas hob and oven, built-in butler's sink, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Circular dining table to seat 4 and L shaped leather sofa, poang chair and corner woodburner, TV DVD and video. Steps up to French doors that open to a paved patio and the garden.
