Oldwood Cottage is a homely and comfortable semi-detached bungalow set in elevated gardens with wonderful views over the hills and countryside. The cottage is secluded and deceptively spacious. The slightly unusual layout gives it a unique and quaint character, ideal for those wishing for privacy and a relaxing rural atmosphere. Set back and hidden from the road linking Kingsbridge and Modbury and only a few miles from many of the South Hams' beautiful sandy beaches, country and coastal walks, village pubs and restaurants, there's little need to travel very far to enjoy the many pleasures this area has to offer. Front door into large living room with two bay windows, three seater sofa, double sofa bed, two armchairs, circular table and chairs, TV with Sky/DVD/video and radio/CD player. Walk through into open plan dining/kitchen area with dining table and seating for 4, polished wood floor and oil fired Rayburn. Smart fitted kitchen with built in electric oven and hob, microwave/grill, fridge, freezer and stable door to the garden. Cupboard housing washer/dryer. Downstairs bathroom with bath, power shower over, hand basin and WC. Stairs from the living room up to spacious 'L' shaped bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wall panelling, dormer window, sitting area with occasional table and chairs.

Outside: Enclosed private garden with rural views with a terrace, table, chairs and barbecue. The garden adjoins the owner's 2 acre field with pet lambs and free range chickens (eggs may be available).

Included: Bed linen (not towels) and electricity.
Central heating (oil) from end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
Pets: Welcome,  pet charge £25 per pet per week.
Parking for two cars in private driveway and additional space for boat trailer if required.
