Located at the end of an alleyway on the quay, a stone's throw from where the fishing boats land their catch and a few minutes walk from the bustling centre of East Looe, this venue is perfect for a short break or longer holiday. The comfortable accommodation is arranged on three floors and has recently been refurbished in a contemporary style. The master bedroom on the top floor is light and airy and also boasts an en-suite cloakroom. East Looe provides a host of distractions, whether you wish to while away a few pleasant hours in the local inns, sample the freshly caught fish in the many restaurants, just wander around the shops and narrow streets of the old town or relax on the beach, there is bound to be something for everyone.

Accommodation 
Front door into ground floor. Kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box (located under stairs) and microwave. Dining table and 4 chairs. Lounge area with sofa, two cane chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and music centre. Stairs up to landing. Fun bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and chest of drawers. Steps up to family shower room , with electric shower, WC and hand basin. Further stairs lead up to the carpeted top floor with a good sized double bedroom with windows to the front and side, a 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers and an en-suite cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Included:   Bed linen and towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels)  electricity and heating - wall convector heaters .
Security Deposit £50.
Parking none allocated, but unloading only outside  property.  Weekly parking charge approx £30.00 per week.
Strictly no smoking.

Beach 5 minutes walk. Other south coast  beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, pubs, restaurants, banks and Post Office , all in  Looe. Polperro 4 miles.
