Situated on the hill on the outskirts of Polperro, South Cornwall with wonderful far-reaching views of the sea and coastline, this light and airy reverse level annex, supplied with eco-friendly products, is ideal for families or couples who want to take advantage of the many wonderful walks and other attractions in and around Polperro. Talland beach is just over ten minutes walk away and the village itself is a fifteen minute stroll down the hill. The owners are happy for you to relax in their lovely garden should you just wish to unwind and soak up the sun, the views and the peace and quiet.

The owners of Penlowen grow their own organic vegetables, and obtain eggs from their happy chickens (which they are pleased to share with guests when available).  A baby sitting service is also available (by arrangement) as are guided walks, rockpool rambles, edible wild food forays and information about local events if required. 

Accommodation
Entrance hallway. Stairs up to first floor. Lounge/diner running the full width of the house and having stunning views of the sea and surrounding coastline with a sofa, armchair, two comfortable cane chairs, TV with DVD and Freeview and patio doors to Juliet balcony. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs for 5. Well equipped kitchen with eye-level oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast table with two chairs. (Washing machine in garage). Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, one having a pull out third single. Downstairs. Fully tiled shower room , with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and shaving point. Spacious double bedroom with 5ft bed and large display window giving lovely views over the garden to the sea.

Outside: At the front of the property the owners have allocated a patio area and lawn with wooden picnic table and benches, which is a great place to relax with a sundowner. Children under 10 may also use the owner's adventure playground (parental supervision required).
