A welcome new addition to our portfolio, and only a few steps from Polperro harbour in Cornwall, Pol Haven is a delightful whitewashed fisherman's cottage more or less in the centre of this historic Cornish fishing village.  Access to picturesque coastal walks, cosy pubs, little restaurants selling an abundance of fresh fish and other local produce, are all within a few minutes' walk and the location of the cottage is as central as one could wish. Providing comfortable and convenient accommodation, Pol Haven is a superb Cornish holiday cottage for a family or group of friends who want to be close to the harbour and all amenities. Arranged on three floors, the property is spacious yet maintains an intimate ambience.  Open fireplaces and traditional stone walls make this a welcoming and sociable house in which to relax after a busy day sampling the many attractions that are accessible in and around this glorious area.

Accommodation: Open-plan kitchen/diner equipped with an electric cooker/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox, and microwave.  Dining area with large farmhouse table and 6 chairs in front of the natural stone open fireplace, with windows overlooking the stream.  Sitting room with 3-seat futon sofa, 2 seater-sofa and comfy chair, flat screen TV and DVD.  First floor family shower-room with shower cubicle, hand basin, wc and shaver point. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and ensuite bathroom, with bath, shaver point and wc. Twin room two 3ft beds, wardrobe and window overlooking the lane. Staircase to master bedroom built in the eaves of the house, with 4ft 6in double bed, dressing table and hanging cupboards.
Outside: A ladder-style staircase from the bedroom leads to the quirky private roof garden equipped with garden table & chairs, astroturf and rooftop views over the village.

Included:  Bed linen and bath towels (guests must supply their own beach towels).
Heating:  Programmed heating system, with real fire in kitchen and sitting room.  Winter heating supplement from end of September to Spring Bank Holiday, £25.00 per week, which includes initial supply of logs.
Pets: One well mannered pet welcome. Pet charge £25.00 per pet.
Parking: In main fee paying car park but unloading possible outside cottage. Weekly tickets are available in the main Car Park, or we have a space available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis - please enquire at the time of booking.
Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.

Beach: Polperro beach 2 minutes walk. Talland beach 1 mile. Other beaches are easily accessible by car.
Shops, Post Office, pubs and restaurants, all in Polperro. Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth,25 miles.  Truro,29 miles.
