Quay Cottage is one of a short row of terraced cottages in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular South Hams market town of Kingsbridge. The cottage is welcoming and comfortable and benefits from a south facing, sheltered position backing onto a park, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Within just a few minutes walk is an excellent variety of local shops, pubs and choice of restaurants, the quayside, promenade and leisure centre are all nearby. The Salcombe/Kingsbridge estuary has plenty of boating activity: Ferry rides and leisure cruises will effortlessly sail you around the creeks and coves or drop you off for a few hours in Salcombe before the return trip. With so much beautiful coastline, golden sands and rolling countryside almost on your doorstep to explore and enjoy, this makes a great base for your holiday.

Entrance porch into sitting room with two seater sofa, two matching armchairs and footstool, (there is only comfortable seating for 4) exposed stone fireplace with open fire, TV/DVD/video and dining table with seating for 4. Fully fitted kitchen with built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer and washing machine. Downstairs bathroom , bath with hand held shower over, basin and WC. Open tread stairs to double bedroom , 4ft 6in bed with fitted wardrobe and airing cupboard, and pretty twin room with 3ft beds and fitted wardobe. Bunk bedroom (suitable for children only) with 3ft bunk beds. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside: The cottage has a narrow terrace area in the front, which is enclosed by a wall and gate from the road. There is a small circular patio table and chairs provided for sitting outside.
