This immaculate, sunny, ground floor garden apartment is constantly being upgraded by the family owners to maintain its high standard and is just three minutes walk to the sandy beach, village store, cafe and pub of this charming fishing village. The apartment looks over a peaceful country valley with sea views from the garden. The 40ft exclusive sunny terrace is well equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Accommodation: 
A half glazed door leads to the light and airy open plan living area with polished wood floor throughout. The sitting area , divided off from the kitchen, has large patio doors that open to the
terrace and is most comfortably furnished with a large leather sofa which converts to a 4ft 6in bed with a quality mattress and further lounging chairs. TV/DVD, separate stereo cassette/CD player. Attractive flame effect electric fire. The neat, well-fitted and equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, with ceramic hob and double oven, microwave, family size integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher and dining table to
seat 6. The lobby with washing machine, ironing facilities and storag area leads on into the double bedroom . This room is compact and has a pretty 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, a range of fitted mirrored wardrobes and an ensuite tiled wet room with
shower, basin and WC. The twin bedroom to the front of the apartment has recently been completely redesigned and has two 3ft beds and restricted space for a cot or a put-u-up bed suitable for a child. The adjacent bathroom has a bath, glass wash hand basin and WC.
 
Outside: Several steps with handrail lead from the tarmaced car park via a shared pathway with a continual gradient to the property. A broad, paved, terrace and gardens exclusive to Quay Sands surround the apartment, ideal for outside living in the summer and equipped with table, chairs, and a coal barbecue. An area of lawn extends beyond the terrace that overlooks the valley with views of the coast. This property is not suitable for wheelchairs.


Included: Bed linen, hand and bath towels (not for under 2 years) and summer electricity.   Cot and high chair  available on advance request.
Heating (night storage) end September to Spring Bank Holiday £20 per week.
Pets: Well behaved pets welcome. Pet charge £25 per pet per week.
