This delightful, cosy traditional character cottage is situated in the heart of the village of Chillington, on the road that connects Kingsbridge and the seaside village of Torcross with its miles of shingle beach. It is beautifully presented and is ideally located for a perfect self-catering family holiday with the stunning South Devon coastline of Start Bay and the South West Coastal Path which has some lovely coastal walks nearby.  Chillington village lies between the historic naval port of Dartmouth and the pretty market town of  Kingsbridge and the golden sandy beach at Blackpool Sands is a short drive away, as are a host of other south coast beaches, suitable for families and surfers alike. The pretty village of Chillington, with its thriving local community has a village inn, a butchers, a Post Office and village shop.

Accommodation: Steps up from pavement to front door opening into the entrance hall. Charming living room with sofa and armchair, feature fireplace, window seat, TV, DVD and mini hifi system. Fitted Shaker style kitchen/diner with side door for those wishing to avoid steps, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and chairs to seat 5. Stairs to first floor with master double bedroom having village views, with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. Twin bedroom with 3ft pine beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Single bedroom with 3ft single bed and built-in cupboard/ wardrobe. Family bathroom, bath with electric shower over, hand basin, WC and shaver point.

A village park and children's play area is located close by, down the lane opposite the cottage.
