Rosario is a charming, detached Victorian cottage in the heart of the village of East Prawle on the southern tip of the South Hams, just steps from the village green and the pub. It is a sunny, bright and comfortable property with open views from all windows and particularly well equipped for children.

Accommodation:
Covered porch and front door into tiled hallway . Attractive spacious sitting room bright with rugs on the tiled floor and large comfortable sofas and chairs, open Victorian fireplace set in a tiled surround, digital TV/DVD/video player and CD/stereo. Play Station 2 - this is available by request from the caretaker. Feature alcove with small table and chairs, great for card games. Welcoming and spacious family kitchen/diner with large pine table seating 10 and arch into very well equipped 'shaker' design kitchen with electric hob, built-in double electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, large fridge and freezer. French doors open onto the small sunny garden. Downstairs bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Upstairs (safety gate can be fitted at the top) to carpeted bedrooms. Two double bedrooms both with 4ft 6in beds, wash hand basins and sea views, one with good range of fitted wardrobes. One twin bedroom (3ft beds) with fitted cupboards, decorative Victorian fireplace and pasture views. Large double bunk-room with two sets of full size 3ft bunk beds, pretty Victorian fireplace and zingy lime green curtains. Modern shower room with separate shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Small enclosed lawned garden surrounded by low walls and shrubs. Table, chairs and barbecue provided. Access by picket fence gate to lane.

Included: Duvets, pillows, travel cot, high chair, summer electricity. Bed linen (not towels) by prior arrangement with the  caretaker.
Central Heating (oil) and electricity end  September to Spring Bank Holiday £25 a week. Fire laid up, further logs/coal may be purchased locally.
Security deposit £100
Pets: One small dog only. Pet charge £25 per week.
Parking: Garage for 1 car, further on road parking available at village green.
No smoking
Sandy beach at East Portlemouth 2.5 miles. Horsley Cove half a mile walk. 
Village  shop and pub 50 yards.
