Enclosed garden, mainly lawn with flower beds and high stone wall. The shared path leads through a gated access to a public footpath alongside a stream and playing field to the estuary tidal road and a public slipway onto the river. There is also a fenced play area with tennis court (voucher available from shop).
Note: This property is not suitable for elderly or infirm. There are several open stairways - toddlers and young children will need supervision.
