Front door from the parking area into spacious kitchen/diner . This smart room with a laminate floor is well equipped with a fine range of units, electric ceramic hob and oven, integrated fridge and
freezer, built-in microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and flat screen TV. A dining table seats up to 6. Door into delightful lounge with two comfortable sofas, upholstered footstool, new wood burning stove and TV/DVD. Sliding patio doors lead onto the superb sun deck . From the dining
area a door leads to the bedrooms. Double bedroom with 6ft double bed, wardrobe, wall mounted TV and patio doors onto the deck. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds that can be clip linked, window to the back garden and en-suite shower room with electric shower, basin and WC. Front bedroom with full size 3ft bunks. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC. Further separate WC and basin.

Outside: The approach is along a narrow private access road with parking for 2 cars immediately in front of the property. The raised, railed sun deck has table and chairs, open tread wooden steps down to the enclosed, level garden with border shrubs, a rotary line and a gated path around the side of the house to the parking area.
