Detached, spacious and most attractive, Seabrook is precisely what anyone would want as an ideal holiday home. The house has just been completely renovated and now provides contemporary and stylish accommodation with fine polished oak flooring throughout the striking, very comfortably furnished, open plan living area. Two sets of double patio doors open out to a handsome deck area that overlooks the wide lawned garden and enjoys glimpses of the sea. Just steps from the two lovely sandy beaches of Inner and Outer Hope, there is a good eating pub in the village, a village store and plenty of opportunity to indulge in serious cream teas after a busy day building sand castles on the beach. There is direct access onto the South West coastal path at Bolt Tail, the magnificent headland beyond the village, where miles of splendid and varied scenery can be enjoyed along this beautiful part of the South Devon coast.

Accommodation: Two steps to enclosed porch with coat hooks. Door into central hallway and 3 steps down to a gorgeous light and bright living room with polished oak flooring, large sofa, 2 chairs, flat screen Freeview TV/DVD and dining table to seat 6. Double sets of sliding patio doors open to the raised deck area. Arch through to the immaculate kitchen fitted with white units, electric induction hob, eye level double ovens, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, integral washer/dryer and access to the garden down side steps. Off the hallway are 3 bedrooms. Twin bedroom with 3ft clip linked beds (that can form a large double) and hanging hooks. Master double bedroom with fine 5ft bed, flat screen TV, bleached pine furniture and curtained arch into a conservatory with comfortable seating and access to the deck area. Further twin room with 3ft beds and canvas wardrobe. Superb family bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle, basin, WC and roll top bath with central taps.

Outside: The property is approached along its own private narrow driveway that opens out to a parking area for 2/3 cars. On the garden side of the house the large, raised deck area, accessed from both the living room and conservatory and provided with table and chairs, has glimpses of the sea and is protected by a panelled glass balustrade with steps down to a wide enclosed lawn.
