Seascape is that perfect holiday cottage, tucked in a quiet residential cul de sac and within walking distance of the village centre and the superb horseshoe bay of Thurlestone Sands.
This immaculate bungalow is smart, furnished in a stylish contemporary way with bright white walls that provide a light and airy ambience throughout. A private garden area at the front and rear terrace provide outside areas for sunbathing and dining and the spacious living rooms enjoy glimpses of the sea. Thurlestone is a holiday hot spot with its superb beach, attractive local inn, post office/village stores, tennis club and golf club (handicap required).

Accommodation:
Path to the front door. Hallway. Stylish carpeted sitting room with a large window overlooking the garden, two sofas, an armchair, TV with video/DVD and stereo CD player. Most attractive and spacious kitchen diner with a dining table in the window to seat 6. Very well equipped and fitted kitchen with white units, touch control halogen hob, built-under oven, microwave and integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Inner hall. Double bedroom with attractive 5ft wrought iron bedstead, fitted cupboards and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft twin beds and wardrobe. Third bedroom with 2ft 6in bed and similar pull out beneath - this leaves little space when out. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. A door from the inner hall leads out to the rear of the bungalow.

Outside: A gravelled driveway provides parking for 2 cars from which a path leads to the front garden which is small but very private and enclosed with shrubs. A path leads around the bungalow to the rear where there is a paved area provided with table, chairs, parasol and a stand for disposable barbecues.

Maximum of two small dogs only. Pet charge £25.00 per pet per week.
