Skywest is the ideal holiday home, set in a quiet cul-de-sac well away from main road traffic, located in a prime coastal village of the South Hams, yet so close to some of the best coastal scenery and beaches of the area. Blackpool Sands, a glorious horseshoe shaped family beach is less than a couple of miles down the road and in the other direction the beautiful 3 mile stretch of Slapton Sands. The cottage is smart and comfortable, a detached family home with fine views of Start Bay from the upstairs balcony and sitting room. Sky West is located in the village of Strete which is on the South West Coastal Path and enjoys a good local inn, restaurant and post office shop. You can go 'green' at Skywest, as it is close to the main bus route that stops at the beaches and goes on to Dartmouth or further west to Kingsbridge and Plymouth.

Accommodation:
Front door into hallway. Well fitted and equipped kitchen/diner with doors that open to the enclosed garden and with a dining table to seat 6. The kitchen area has white units, an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one twin room with 3ft beds and a bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunk beds. WC with basin. Stairs to first floor and the bright, attractive sitting room that is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, an armchair, digital TV with DVD and video, radio/cassette player, electric coal
effect burner and sliding patio doors that open to the balcony provided with garden chairs and fine views to Start Bay and Dartmoor. Master bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC.

Outside: Small front garden with driveway, garage and parking for 3 cars. To the rear of the cottage is a small, pretty very private enclosed garden with a small patio area with table and chairs.

Included: Bed linen, (no towels), high chair, summer electricity and heating.

Heating (night storage) from end of September to Spring Bank Holiday £35 per week.
