Alongside the driveway is the unheated, outdoor 30ft x 12ft swimming pool with an overall depth of 4ft. (open May-October, weather permitting). Please note the pool is not fenced. A paved and decked area surrounds the pool that has a thermal cover and a series of steps lead down to the house.
