Accommodation:  Front door from the courtyard to hallway and unusual open tread spiral stairs with glass brick walls that lead up to the middle level of the property. Delightful, spacious living room with polished wood floor, tall cast iron radiators, two large comfortable sofas, 2 chairs, Freeview Satellite, 32? TV and DVD, plus Wii games console with Wii Sports Resort, digital radio and iPod dock, dining table to seat 8 and feature wall length windows with glazed door to the garden. On the same level the very well equipped and fitted kitchen has oak work surfaces, ceramic hob, built-under electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge, fridge/freezer and glazed door to the garden. A utility cupboard houses the boiler and washing machine and electric clothes drying rack. On this level there is a cloakroom with WC and basin. The master suite on the top floor with a 5ft double bed and hanging hooks is set beneath the 'A' frame beams and is a mezzanine, semi galleried to the living room below. En-suite tiled bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin, bidet and WC. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with plenty of hanging space and all with their own en-suite wet rooms, each with a shower, small hand basin and WC. Bedroom 1 : Twin bedroom with 3ft beds and large low windows to the garden terraces. An extra 2ft 6in trundle bed for a child is stored in this room. Bedroom 2 : 4ft 6in double bed, 26" TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3 : Unusual shaped small room with a single 2ft 6in bed and standard cot.

Outside: Steps rise from both the kitchen and living room to a fine deck area provided with good quality table, chairs and parasol. The garden is fully enclosed and is mainly laid to lawn. There are several fenced terraced areas that shelve down to the lower level of the house. The courtyard at the front of the house, which is shared with the other properties has 2 parking places for Swallows Barn.
