Tean Cottage is a pretty 3 storey cottage situated near the centre of Polperro village, Cornwall approximately 10 minutes walk away from the wonderful spectacle of the picturesque harbour and beach. This charming cottage is furnished and equipped in a traditional manner, offering cosy accommodation on several levels with low ceilings and doorways adding to the atmosphere.  The cottage also has a sunny first floor terrace to the side equipped with garden furniture.

Accommodation: Gated entrance and a few steps up from the road to front door and into a small entrance porch. Carpeted sitting/dining room, with a three piece suite, pine dining table and chairs, "wood burner" effect electric fire and flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD and video. New kitchen with tasteful oak units, which includes an electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave and fridge with small ice compartment. Adjoining small utility room with washing machine and small sink (there is no sink in the main kitchen). First floor: Spacious twin bedroom with 3ft beds. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand basin, WC and door to outside and the terrace. 2nd floor: Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed.    

Included: Duvets, bed linen, travel cot, high chair and baby bath (guests must provide their own towels). 
Heating (night storage and oil filled electric radiators) and electricity by £1.00 coin meter.
Parking: Allocated parking (Upper Coombes).  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.
