Ten Steps, with its thick walls and beamed ceilings is a lovely Grade II Listed cottage, tucked away in the traffic free Warren. Recently completely refurbished to a very high standard this property offers cosy and comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of having a sun terrace with barbecue area and an elevated summerhouse and decking, from which there are lovely views of the harbour and the sea. Decorated in a contemporary and welcoming manner this cottage is an ideal base from which to experience this wonderfully picturesque Cornish fishing village, with its host of inns, restaurants and interesting shops. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and the coastal path gives access to miles of lovely walks.
Accommodation:
Lower door into a shared foyer and then front door into the kitchen/diner. Kitchen area with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine and microwave. Dining area next to window and stone fireplace with table and chairs for 4. Off the dining area, door into the fully tiled bathroom , which has a shower cubicle with an electric shower, hand basin and WC. From the dining area, steps lead up to the spacious carpeted lounge , which has a window with window seat giving views of the harbour, feature fireplace with a "wood burner" effect electric heater, a two-seat sofa with two matching armchairs, TV, DVD and Video . Stairs from the second hallway at the top of the "ten steps" lead up to the bedrooms, with the delightfully light and airy double bedroom at the front of the house, two windows with views, 4'6" double bed, built in cupboard and TV . At the back of the house is a twin room with 3' single bed with pull out bed underneath.
Outside: From the back bedroom a door opens to a pathway that leads up to the garden with a built-in barbeque and seating area. Built over the stone garden shed is a substantial decking platform, with seating and a summerhouse. His elevated position gives lovely views of the harbour as well as providing a sheltered area underneath for the picnic table.

Heating (night storage and panel heaters) and electricity: £1.00 coin meter.
