Access from lane into a shared foyer and then into the lower floor kitchen/diner.  Electric cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave.  Dining table and 4 chairs. Door into family bathroom with bath (shower over), hand basin, WC and shaver point. Stairs up to comfortable carpeted lounge with sofa and two chairs, log effect electric fire, TV with Freeview. Off lounge another hallway gives access to the street via some steps and internal stairs lead up to landing with outside door to patio area. Cosy double bedroom with 4'6” double bed, corner sink and built in wardrobe. Twin bedroom with 2 x 3' single beds, corner basin and built in wardrobes with window giving views of the harbour.

Outside: Winding steps lead up to a sunny paved patio area, which is located above the rooftops, giving
spectacular views of the harbour and sea beyond.

 
Included: Bed linen (guests must provide their own towels).
Heating (night storage) and electricity: £1.00 coin meter.

Pets:  One small dog welcome by arrangement. Pet charge: £25 per pet.
Parking: There is no designated space. Weekly tickets are available in the main Car Park, or we have a space available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please enquire at the time of booking.  Please Note: Transport into the village from the main car park is either by horse and cart, electric tram or your own two feet, the harbour being approximately half a mile away.  Some vehicle access is possible, but not to all parts of the village and is especially difficult during the summer.

Beaches local beach 5 minutes walk.  Talland beach 1 mile over hill. Other beaches easily accessible by car.
Shops, Post Office, pubs and restaurants, all in Polperro.  Looe, with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth 25 miles.  Truro 29 miles.
