Dining area equipped with a table and chairs for 4 guests adjoining the spacious lounge area, comfortably furnished with two 2 seater leather sofas, a flat screen TV with Sky, Freeview and DVD player. Stairs up to first floor with fully tiled contemporary family bathroom with bath (shower over) hand basin and WC, radiator and shaving point. Good sized master double bedroom, with 4'6" double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps and bureau with drawers. Across the landing a twin bedroom with two 2'6" single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside: Access over shared driveway to garden area with picnic table and chairs for al fresco dining with barbecue facilities. Guests are welcome to walk on the owners land provided they respect the livestock and horses in the adjoining fields.
