Double French doors open from the garden into the tiled sitting room handsomely furnished with a rug, double reclining sofa and separate reclining armchair, 42" plasma screen TV with XBox games machine, DVD player with a selection of games and a contemporary wall mounted flame effect electric fire. The room is well provided with books, games, and a beautiful handmade doll's house and enjoys far reaching views across fields and countryside. Door to a very well equipped kitchen/diner that has a free standing electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table for two. (Use of owner's washing machine next door when required). Stairs from the kitchen to open plan bedroom with most attractive 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, free standing wardrobe and 32" flat screen plasma TV. Door into en-suite bathroom (please note the door is unusually low and it is necessary to bend) with bath and sprayhead hairwashing hand held shower, basin and WC. Note: This room has a sloping ceiling and there is limited headroom.

Outside: To the property, a shared gravel driveway with Foxenhole Farmhouse (FOXEN) with own parking either beside or in front of the property. A small garden (not enclosed) has table and chairs provided.
